(b. 1973, TX) Lives and works in Colorado. Brinkman studied sculpture and printmaking at RISD in Providence from 1991-1996. In 1995 he co-founded the famed Fort Thunder that was active through 2001. Brinkman was also part of Forcefield – the ground-breaking, four person collective who were included in the Whitney Biennial in 2002. Brinkman's prolific output of posters, drawings, comics, music and films continue to be highly influential.
